We are now looking for a project manager in biogas who wants to help drive the green transition forward – both in Sweden and internationally.

What will you do?

As a project manager, you will be responsible for driving biogas projects primarily in European markets – from startup and planning to commissioning and handover to the customer. You will lead the project team, coordinate both internal and external parties, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Your main tasks include:

• Leading the project team, creating engagement and progress in the projects

• Supporting technical and strategic decisions throughout the projects

• Planning, scheduling, and financial monitoring

• Managing contract forms and agreements

• Coordinating with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal departments

Travel may occur, depending on the geographical location of the projects. The position is based at the headquarters in Yngsjö.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Project management experience with several years of documented success in driving and delivering projects – preferably within process industry, energy sector, or construction contracts.

• International experience and familiarity with working in environments where culture, language, and working methods vary.

• A technical degree from a university or equivalent experience that provides you with a strong technical and analytical foundation.

• The ability to quickly analyze, understand, and solve technical challenges

• Excellent planning, coordination, and structuring skills – you keep everything together, even when many parts are moving simultaneously.

• Is solution-oriented and confident in handling complex projects

• Has good negotiation skills and business acumen

• Expresses yourself very well in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

At Malmberg, we work for a safe, healthy, and drug-free work environment.
